At Avenue One we have experience designing an inviting space for Airbnb and VRBO clients. We are dedicated to creating a warm and elegant environment where one can easily feel at home, giving the rental property our signature Avenue One feel that makes us successful. All of our furniture comes brand new, including mattresses and sheets, with carefully selected décor to compliment the furnishings and walls. 

Our full furnishing design includes:

    including kitchen appliances, cutlery, linens, soaps, stocked bathrooms, outdoor furnishings for patio and yard space

  • ensure every aspect of furniture, décor and design is taken care of, making it turn-key ready (immediately able to rent).

  • continuous communication with our clients through the entire design process

Our Team at Avenue One offers professional blinds selection and installation, specific to enhancing your space. Following the completion of the design process, we offer of clients professional high-definition photography services for vacation rental properties, new build and staged properties.
